Coppice House has been monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic closely and have used the time to implement the best possible health and safety measures for the return of our valued guests.
Our guest’s wellbeing is the utmost importance, we are dedicated to making your stay as safe as possible by following government guidelines and best practice.
Stringent sanitisation procedures have always been in place but we appreciate now more than ever it is imperative to take extraordinary measures to safeguard the health of our guests.
At Coppice House we strive to provide each and every guest a memorable experience for all the right reasons. It may be a little different with social distancing in place but we aim to offer you the very best service from the moment you enter our home to your departure.
Check in will be in person with social distancing measures in place, each room key will be fully sanitised.
All bedrooms will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before check in. If staying multiple nights regretfully we are unable to clean the room daily however we will ensure you have everything you need.
Sadly our bonnie breakfast’s are in quarantine, currently we are offering room only to eliminate any potential risk from group dining.
Payment in full is due on the day of check in, either by cash, bank transfer or via card through a secure payment link.

Contact surfaces will be cleaned regularly through the day.
Rooms will be cleaned and sanitised using best practice protocols ensuring all surfaces are sanitised.
We would kindly ask our guests to contact us if you have or had symptoms of Covid-19 in the last 14 days to enable us to cancel or reschedule your stay.
We would also kindly request our guests to adhere to social distancing guidelines from Government as far as possible along with frequent hand sanitising/cleaning for their own safety and other guests.
In the event of amendments or cancellations of reservations due to Covid-19 we will communicate any changes with you via your booking email and will assist in with rescheduling where ever possible.
